Seed IP Law Group is seeking a patent agent with a minimum of three years of patent drafting and prosecution experience in a law firm, in-house, or with a university tech transfer department. At least two of the three years of experience should be with one organization. The preferred candidate will have an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and have prior semiconductor, chip architecture, or other integrated circuit experience.
