At its core, industrial design relies on the ingenuity of the concept – both in the product’s utility and aesthetics. Today, how a product looks is as important is often as critical to its success as how it works. Both deserve ample protection through patents, copyrights and design agreements. And as much as you’d like to protect your innovation, it’s just as important to ensure that your product design doesn’t infringe on the rights of other companies. Seed IP attorneys can perform thorough design clearance searches and assist with your product’s configuration and development. Should the need arise, our litigation attorneys can help enforce your intellectual property rights – either offensively or defensively. It doesn’t matter what your product is – furniture, electronics, consumer goods, packaging – we can help protect its form and function.
